Pros

Culture here is amazing and supportive. Working on some impactful products with a great team. Benefits includes unlimited PTO and remote work which allows for flexibility. Great work life balance.

Cons

No defined structure for developers to promote. A title isn’t everything, but it is helpful.

Pros

I started right out of college. The people are great and everyone from the Co-founders down to the Associate consultants (and everyone in between) are always willing to help out when asked. Even if you are unfamiliar with the ETRM space, capSpire takes the time to train you and set you up for success moving forward. Before COVID hit, they would take all new hires/college grads and have them go through a mandatory "bootcamp", which is a 6 - 8 week course that will teach you the fundamentals of consulting within the industry and on the software being used. They have great benefits, and really put an incredible amount of effort into ensuring the workplace culture is one where people would love to stay and work in. If not traveling, they give you the option of working from home (even before COVID), allowing you to balance the amount of time you may be away from home due to projects.

Cons

Depending on what type of consultant you end up being (functional vs technical or a hybrid of both), the travel can be extensive. During critical parts of the project, you can expect to be away from home most of the week (and in rare instances entire weeks at a time). If you are not familiar with the energy industry, ETRM systems, or consulting in general, the learning curve can be pretty steep.
