Pros

Friendly team, nice office vibes

Cons

Inexperienced ahm leadership busy pursuing their own self interests at times are vindictive of staff who know better or are better placed to make decisions. No strategy. Business doesn't focus on commercial outcomes. Incredibly bureaucratic. People being rewarded based on sucking up to managers despite being incompetent, while a few people who are actually superstars get punished by the leadership for speaking honestly and trying to get the business on track.

Pros

- some friendly people however most are very loyal to the company due to cult like culture - flexible work hours but will require you to work overtime

Cons

- constantly pushes the idea that company is a “family” - difficult to get promoted without nepotism. There’s no career plan or development - chaotic and disorganised. major pivots in the middle of projects. Projects are required to be completed in a week with no planning causing stress among employees - bullying and unprofessional behaviour normalised e.g intimidation, yelling/screaming at people, making inappropriate sexual jokes and putting people down as a joke - bullying from some managers. Sad to see a coworker quit her job and hasn’t returned to the tech industry. Not a safe environment for women - ableist comments made by multiple people/managers that everyone has a bit of ADHD. If accommodations requested they are frowned upon and used against you - Many egos in the workplace competing against each other. Challenging ideas of tech leads is seen as a threat to their ego even though it is encouraged to do so - Creative thinking not allowed. Everyone forced to think the same way - inexperienced senior management who have ample wiggle room to grow into a role and make big mistakes without consequences. Tends to blame others with no accountability
