      Inexperienced Leadership

      Pros

      The engineers at Zedify are great, and most of the people company wide are really pleasant to work with. Additionally, the company's stated goals are worthwhile.

      Cons

      Leadership at the highest level in this company lacks the experience needed to actually run a company. During my 1 year of tenure at the company there were three different CTOs and two Heads of Product. The business seems to expect quite a lot from the engineering department while simultaneously being afraid of resourcing the engineering department, and as a result of a fear of making the wrong decision leadership tends to avoid committing to any decisions. I found the Head of Engineering role to be a bit of a poisoned chalice at Zedify.

      Pros

      Environmentally friendly delivery sounds nice, but they're polluting the planet with batteries instead.

      Cons

      Look at how many people have left. There's a reason the turnover is so high, the leadership is completely toxic. Avoid! Their franchise model is an absolute scam. So many people have invested their life savings based on their promises, only to lose everything.

      Absolutely nothing to recommend at all

      Cons

      Appalling. No support but expected to take on work paying on £1.40 a drop (less than gig economy rates) and pay staff real living wage. After 4 years of broken promises and investing over £100k of my own money I terminated the franchise. They only ‘win’ contracts at bottom price and their national customers dont give a damn about environmental concerns, they just want cheapest.
