The people (including management) are smart and kind. It's a pleasure to work with them. The company allows role changes, whether upward or to a different team on the same rank. The company is pretty informal, and the bureaucracy is minimal. It's a good place to work at
Cons
The fast growth brings with it challenges, like communication struggles between different parts of the growing company. I believe we will pass that successfully.
