You can plan your longterm carrier here. Office premises is very nice and good cafeteria. Good work culture. Not very strict on ofc timings.
Cons
Appraisal process is not upto mark and cannot expect very good appraisals. Focus on tech is not upto mark. Do not expect anything special during any festivals or celebrations. Don't even expect diwali gifts.

The earlier management was good and the working environment was really good and charming.

As the company went towards a cost cutting and business restructure the management was changed and then the whole worst things started, The culture was very toxic and lot of politics and favoritism, was very difficult to survive longer, had to put down my papers without a job on hand.
