Remote and flexible working arrangements Gifted holiday leave during xmas Depending on the team, an amazing culture of fostering junior talent. Strong technical leadership. Decisions are not product focused and the mantra of 'slowing down to speed up' keeps technical requirements in balance with customer needs

Forced leave during shutdown period, can be difficult for people who want to time there leave strategically with SO Seemingly increased layers of technical debt, lack of leadership for juniors in some instances (due to misguided or untrained senior developers) Depending on the team juniors will have lack of things to do or have lack of structure to guide there technical progression and soft skill progression. Some portfolios have issues of establishing clear lines of ownership over domains. Pay is not that great

- They tend to punish loyal employees with less than market average pay - Heavy workload when there is high turnover rate. Teams are losing expertise while they need this to onboard new joins
