      Arrogant founders who have no sense on how to run business , they need to be replaced immediately. Investors money is at high risk. Fake reviews added here on glassdoor. HR and management is not ready to accept feedback from employees, just check HR coming here, replying and justifying the negative reviews added below by other employees. I will be sending detailed emails to investors to immediately take actions on top arrogant management people, replace them asap. Also i would like that other employess should share their feedback by sending emails to investors to overcome slavery, lack of respect in this organization.

      You will get to learn a lot of things because of the resource crunch.

      Cons

      1- The founder is very arrogant & toxic. 2-Management will force you to write fake reviews. All the five stars you see on glassdoor are mostly fake. 3-Forget about your personal life. You will have to work for more than 10 hours on most days.
