      Visual Click requires modernization to be aligned with the current era.

      Pros

      40hrs a week no more no less. Good Health insurance for single person.

      Cons

      No marketing the past 6 to 8 years. No calling platform to call and locate potential clients ie: Zoominfo. No stable accounts to work from. No solid direction from managers as you will have to train yourself mostly. Call lists were 2 years old. Do not provide company equipment. Unfair HR practices.

      Pros

      WFH/Remote - Never having to go to the office saves time and gas money. Product is challenging with so many features. You can be creative with the designing of new apps for customers.

      Cons

      Not enough training - mostly self-teaching of the product by reading manual and testing.

      Competitive Pay, Nice location, Good people

      Cons

      Horrible management and no management accountability (they would have been fired/sued if they worked in company with decent HR policies due to the way the treat employees at times)

      When any former employee reaches out with a complaint it would be useful to know more about their situation. We do expect persons we hire to be competent, we want them to succeed. We provide them with the tools they need to succeed and most of our employees have been with the company for more than 5 years.
