Leadership in sales department terrible. They believe micromanaging is managing. They did get rid of the worst offender of this management style finally. Surprised it took that long for the remaining leadership team to figure out the CRO had zero selling skills unless you want to consider the pretty great snow job he executed to gain their trust. Terrible in front of clients. Fixated on sales process ( and an old outdated sales methodology that most other companies had long ago abandoned) with zero grasp of how to behave and interact in a live people to people business.

Very little transparency and horrible management processes. Zero empowerment and some of the leadership day to day interaction is down right repulsive. Hopefully they have changed since R1 purchased them, but still local interaction makes a difference.
