    Pros

    Immediate team I worked with were great, thats because I employed them. Ongoing training Benefits are amazing, maternity pay, holidays and sick pay. Tightly run, which is good if you are good at your job and operations,

    Cons

    Not enough recognition for your work. Ie i had no acknowledgement of my 10 year anniversary, not even a generic email. When sold to liberty global went cut throat and stripped everything back including the care for its employees Centralised scheduling was not store specific and could have negative impact on running store.
