      Not a lot of pros. Maybe you will have the freedom to learn new stuff but the projects timeline will make it very hard.

      Cons

      There is no structure. No mentors, no guidance and no proper tech lead. You will be given a task and you gotta do it all on your own. Thats all before you hear a guy who wont let you talk, yapp about random tech which makes no sense at all.
