Very low salaries and the annual salaries increases are usually below 3.0% per year, if you deliver a good performance. It is all about investors and short term results Understaffed HR department and guidelines are disconnected from reality. They pretend to think that Valmet is an amazing company to work for, but other than high level managers, almost everyone is thinking about leaving (proven by the latest OurVoice survey) Different departments have conflicting targets, so they are constantly fighting each other No focus on customer needs Very low quality in deliveries Bullying and harassment from senior managers are tolerated
