      Pros

      Good benefits, PDO is increasing to about 4 weeks in 2021, good work-life balance, a great and supportive culture that highlights thriving and not punitive measures

      Cons

      Pay could be better considering how expensive the area is. As a CNA, MA, or PCT it is almost impossible to survive without a significant other to split rent with.

      Patient centered, good management, never forced into overcharging, accommodating for time off, very good health insurance, decent PTO, sick leave, continuing Ed money yearly, four day work week for full time

      Cons

      Cost of living in the area is high, pay compared to other places in the country not great, minimal opportunity to move up in company
