      Sometimes the pace is very fast and directions can quickly change. Not necessarily a con but it might not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Good commission structure and easy product to sell. No cold calling all inbound calls! Friendly, helpful and consistent management. Strong workplace policy that sets expectations for all staff. Diversity and inclusion is a big plus!

      Cons

      The office before we worked from home was quite small, but new office is being prepared currently and should be ready for when we are back to work
