    Great benefits, many areas to work in, nice people

    Cons

    Each department ends up being its own little fiefdom. Sometimes things are disorganized or confusing, a possible byproduct of being such a huge organization. It would be cool if more flexible work hours were available.

    Things move slowly since it's a large organization. It can be more challenging than it should to get a promotion or move up without totally changing jobs/departments.
