Pros

Simple easy routes, coworkers are wonderful and friendly, and seniority is quickly gained.

Cons

No overtime even when you work over 40hrs a week, Low pay, and insurance doesn't cover medication or Dr. visits until deductible is paid.

Pros

If you would like to drive local with decent benefits, and consider yourself level headed, overall it's an easy job. Training is provided and there's always work available.

Cons

Drivers put up with a plethera of situations so have patience. If you're used to making great money do your research.

Pros

Good people to work with and just received newer buses. Bus routes are easy to learn and training is excellent.

Cons

Hard to move up from operator into operations. Medical benefits are ok but not the best in the industry. Pay is the lowest in state
