Pros

Only pro is Trinity is a school bus company transporting kids in Toledo oh

Cons

Staff will get your kids kicked off the bus without warning. Staff are dirty looking and unprofessional. Staff doesn't care about kids riding the bus and the company goes by he say she said without investigation. They need a complete new staff or other company need to provide transportation. If other school provided transportation I wouldn't have anything to do with school that provide transportation through Trinity. It's a damn shame.

Pros

Paid Weekly, Family Environment, Paid Training

Cons

Problems rarely get solved, lack of communication between dispatchers/management and drivers. Old Busses that always break down and never get fixed. Rude and messy co-workers (the break room is a joke). There is no true management, whats good for one person isn't good for another, lots of double standards. Drivers are offered overtime hours, rarely the case for an attendant. Attendant job is mainly seasonal during school season.

Pros

Company outings, especially casino trips As much work as you can handle, if you want to (and sometimes even if you don't) Lots of overtime available. Health insurance is decent for an individual (very expensive though for a family) Company picnic

Cons

They frequently edit down your time cards to steal money from you, and there's no accountability or evidence of time card alteration due to the system they use They give you PTO, but you can rarely use it, due to there not being enough employees Management and dispatch frequently and blatantly lie to you to get you to do things. They'll say whatever it takes to you to get you to work The driver that has worked there the longest in the company only makes 3.00 more than when he started his job 15 years ago. Have to wear neon green vests on all company property, even when on breaks. Most bus companies only require them on the lots, and when walking to your bus. Zero opportunity for advancement- unless you count taking a 1.00 pay cut, giving up your PTO and losing any possibility of overtime in order to work for the motor coach division a promotion. Buses are raggedy and in bad shape. Mechanics are lazy/overworked/understaffed and won't fix ANYTHING unless it is required for making the bus roadworthy. They won't even tighten your passenger mirror for you. Forget about having squeaks and cracks in your dashboard fixed. The ONLY time of year they fix stuff like that (if you're lucky) is in the summer. Doing things illegally and unethically seems to be the status quo.
