Pros
Great family owned business to work at! Fair pay and always available overtime. The work may be hard and hot at times but working at a place where hard work is rewarded it rare to find these days. Just a few months a go a hard working shop employee got moved up to an office position. So its great to see that they promote within.

It's a family owned business. The owners work very hard and treat their employees fairly. They are innovative and looking to advance.
Cons
At times, the owner can be a challenge to deal with. He is, however, aware of his shortcomings and strives to improve. He has many excellent qualities as well.
