      A very mixed bag

      Pros

      A small company and its easy to stand out and make a difference. Ideas can be heard and there are very few layers of management.

      Cons

      CEO is too involved in everything! If he doesn't like an individual personally, your career is done. The quality of work is not as important as his personal feeling toward an individual.

      Sounds good, but don't fall for it.

      Cons

      CEO and CRO are both prejudice against the women. Culture is toxic and there is zero stability. This is coming from a seasoned enterprise rep and founder of 2 startups.

      Relatively positive atmosphere among fellow employees

      Cons

      Hyper focused on procedure and protocol, little top-down respect/appreciation for employees, not enough experimentation, meetings are too frequent and contain irrelevant content, pay/management structure is archaic, I thought the CEO was having an aneurysm during more than one meeting.
