Pros

We're all struggling to find any pros of working here at the moment. Some good people left - for now.

Cons

Horrific management, senior members of staff are bullies. Vaping in office. Over worked and underpaid. Keep making people redundant and dumping work load on remaining staff. Poor parking. Nothing is confidential - we found out other staff members were being made “redundant” before they did. Everyone is sleeping together at all levels. No chance for progression in company. Creative members made to use time sheets and be working constantly but handlers allowed to play pool all day. Made to work lots of unpaid over time. Directors turn a blind eye to bullying. Clueless manager moved from another department to manage something they know nothing about. Management stroll into work whenever they want when we're expected to be here all hours. We’re made to train new staff along side overwhelming deadlines. Constantly burnt out. Empty promises. New inexperienced staff bought in on more money instead of paying current staff correctly. No HR. Quantity over quality - promise the world to clients while we work every evening unpaid and weekends. High turnover of staff - management pushing people out constantly. We've seen so many people 'made redundant' when really management just didn't like them. Amazing staff are leaving and starting their own companies because it's so bad here.

Pros

Chilled office environment, can put in earphones and get on with work which is nice Some of the people from other teams were really friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome when my team did not Free to make teas/coffees whenever Flexibility when taking personal phone calls/or needing to respond to personal emergency’s during work hours etc

Cons

Poor management, very unorganised and not fully equipped to carry out their roles Promised extensive training in my probation meeting which was never given to me, ending with me being let go as “I wasn’t progressing as much as they’d like me to” - because I hadn’t been trained correctly Was told I was being let go out of the blue at 5pm on a Wednesday evening, an hour before I was due to finish work - very out of the blue with no warning whatsoever No support with stressful workloads, whatsoever Felt very isolated within the team of people I worked with, didn’t feel very welcome when I started - this continued up until leaving No monthly probation reviews Constantly being told “you’re not doing good enough” rather than “we’ve noticed your work performance hasn’t been great, is there anything we can support you with?” Totally not on the ball with mental health whatsoever, as I was made to feel guilty for taking time out for therapy appointments The work/life balance was incredibly hard for me to manage as I didn’t get home until late due to a long commute so didn’t feel like I had much time to myself during the week

Pros

Friendly team There's nothing all that positive to be honest

Cons

- new management came in, which caused about 10 people to leave in the space of 6 months. This person was from another department, and didn't know anything about 3D, and was very toxic, falling out with a lot of people. - terrible 3D artists - low quality of work - lack of organisation in all aspects - Very political work place - Work life balance was terrible in order to get projects out due to management selling dreams to clients
