Pros

The work was interesting at times, and it was pretty sociable

Cons

- AWFUL pay. - Very archaic view of having to be in the office all the time, no opportunity to work from home and have the flexibility most other companies offer nowadays. - No managerial structure. Didn't receive a single performance review or even a proper probation meeting, and I worked at the company for nearly 2 years. - Very questionable individuals working at the company. - The culture is laughable most times, with one man at director level, basically sleeping with other employees. - The editorial team think they're celebrities, it was actually hilarious. - Some of the things I heard in the office were very questionable, and things that shouldn't be allowed to be said in a workplace environment. The environment was extremely unprofessional.
