      Could be so much better..

      Pros

      Highly experienced staff who are respectful and kind to one another. Tips are very good and job is generally easy.

      Cons

      Chefs are difficult to work with, constantly change their minds about rules, and can be downright harassing. Everyone including management walks in eggshells around them.

      Pros

      Great team, great money, easy when you learn your stuff.

      Cons

      We used to have full health benefits and that was amazing, but owner changed the policy a couple years ago. Employees who reach an average of 30 hours per week will get to keep their benefits.
