CEO writes good reviews about the firm and himself. Now you can understand how pathetic this place can be. He talks about weak performer, he is the weakest performer of all. Always blames employees. Has EGO bigger than Mt. Everest. Let me dissect his review: 1. We are a meritocracy and full of really smart people creating some pretty amazing products - Completely incorrect. All smart & hard working people who built his products have left the firm. Some crappy developers are left there who don't care about the firm and team BUT he won't fire them where else he will get cheap labor. 2. These products have empowered our clients in trading around the world and have saved investors 100s of millions of dollars in costs - Haha can't stop laughing. 100s of millions of $$, just a hogwash. They loose clients left, right & center. Surviving on handful of clients. 3. If you are doing well, you get the kudos, you get paid well and if you are not then you will hear so - Paid well, really man like really really!!! He pays peanuts to his developers. Let me write it again PEANUTS. 4. We expect 20% of our weakest professionals to leave every year - Let me tell you guys if you want to slack this is the place to be. No one ever gets fired because he looks for cheap labor no matter how bad they are. Let me tell you now what happens there: 1. Work from home - Cut your half day. 2. Vacation Days - All depends on CEO if he approves or not. 3. Year End Bonus - Hands out to you crappy options which is just piece of paper. Holds 0.00 value. I used to clean my desk with it. 4. EGO - Calls meetings and comes in late after everyone arrives. If someone comes in later than him, abuses them. 5. Switches Off AC during summers to save his electricity bill. What more can I say and talk about this firm. Please don't waste your time & energy at this place.
