      Pros

      Dynamic leadership from Sales Manager to TL & Supervisor. No work pressure. You can take 6 days paid leave in a month on any day provided you informed your TL in advance.

      Cons

      Offer of Employment was given after 6 Months. A letter of appointment not given after the 6 Months. You may be required to board the cab 2:30 hours prior the login time. Log out may be delayed by 1-2 hours. Only 6 days paid leave in a month. Once submitted at the counter you may use your phone only once during the 9 hours shift. Incentive payout not on time. Salary payout not on time.

      Pros

      Only one good thing, no one will say anything to you whether you crack sale or not because they no gonna give you salary on fix day

      Cons

      Almost everything. Salary not on time. Sometimes company delay it even by 30 odd days No incentives - As they prepare a fake excel sheet of sales done to give away less incentives Management - only concerned about there luxuries, no value of employees Fake Promises - No one from the management or directors stay with promises they make Moreover this company started in last quarter of 2016 but someone (first reviewer) working for techelite since 2015 :))))))

      If your family is strong with money they join them, becoz u won't be getting salary or incentive on time, money u will be getting after 2-3 month

      Cons

      Salary : delay for 1 month atleast. Incentive : forget about it. Work pressure : for sure. Shift extend : absolutely. Board the cab before 2:30 or 3 hours of login time
