- extreme levels of micro-management, for example your time in the bathroom will be monitored. You are being camera recorded and watched if you ever glance at your phone.
- The owner claims to offer 'paid' training, which is mandatory because he uses an extremely outdated and inefficient ticketing system. The majority of the 'work' here is trying to wade through the tedium of this ticketing system rather than actual work.
- The pay is laughably low relative to the level of experience/skill the owner is looking for.
- The work environment is high stress because the owner is pretty obvious about how much he micro-manages you and eagle eyes his employees. Nobody smiles, everyone dreads going to work.
Yea I wouldn't wish this job on my enemies.
