      Pros

      Best place I've worked. Without exception, everyone is smart, dedicated, capable, and thoughtful. Engineering team is brilliant. Customers are great, as are customer relationships.

      As a small company, they offer a lot of room to try new things and play different roles. Very flexible and tech focused.

      Cons

      Not really cutting-edge technology, so if you're looking for a fast-paced, exciting tech co, this is not it.
