If you're interviewing here, you'll understand immediately why this is 'where careers go to die'. The vibe/energy at Talix is NOT a mistake. This is a top-down organization under the watchful eye of the CEO. Notice everything while you're there. Cheap cubical walls, plastic plants, cheap/falling apart equipment, zero attention to and lack of team collaborative areas. If you're 10 minutes late, it will be noticed by the CEO. The vast majority of the office clears out daily at 5pm. Executive team flat out lies in interviews knowing the place is toxic and says the CEO is open to and wanting change at Talix, don't believe it. Again, notice your surroundings when on-site. Talix has been in that space for a decade and the lack of care and concern for the comfort of their employees is undeniable.
