TAPFIN is the worst run organization ever! You work never ending hours that are uncompensated and TAPFIN doesn't take ownership of the account but rather just put the blame on the client. TAPFIN consistently gives false statements to the client and does not deliver on their contract. The management in place has not worked your position or your area therefore has no realistic idea of how to run the program effective.

I work with a client through a staffing agency where Tapfin is the mid vendor. There is this lady whomfor some reason says that we contractors are not allowed to change employers as it is a policy. Upon asking to show the policy she has been saying it is between the client and them. If it is affecting me then i should have been informed about it when i was signing the contract. How am i going to know in the midway. Also, upon letting her know that i was being cheated by employer, she said there was nothing wrong in what they were doing? i don’t really understand what’s her problem but due to her so many people had to leave. Knowing that state of california works in the favor of employees, she is still so ignorant. There are atleast 7 people who are affected due to her some personal benefits with this staffing agency. Please stay away from her. I wish I could put in the name here
