Pros

Working remotely could be considered a plus.

Cons

One of the worst places I’ve ever worked. They micromanage, micromanage, and micromanage some more! Also, they state there is life/work balance but that is completely false. They expect you to work from 8am-5pm and then if there is an URGENT issue, which there seems to always be you work into the evening, and that can be until 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, and/or weekend, at least that was my experience. Quite a few people at this company are overworked and I see people online in the evenings, weekends or early mornings (6am). Majority of these employees are so overworked that it’s hard to get help on what would be simple questions. The internal team is too busy trying to address an “urgent issues/a fire”, and/or micromanaging, and/or majority of the people are on calls/in meetings so you can’t get a hold of somebody to ask a question, let alone, get an answer. Run, run, run away from this company as fast as you can. Do not work here! The culture is very controlling and stressful.

If you are a fresher, then this company is quite good. But if you are an experienced person. This company might not be the best option for you. The pressure is great and they may tell you to work overtime if the targets are not achieved. The clients of this company are not good. They have a very bad hold over the client. Database of the company is also very bad. Even on this bad database they would expect you to submit good candidates. And this won't happen. After that they will pressurize you to give submission and if you are not able to give very good number of submissions and offers, they will create a situation, so that you give resign on your own. A friend of mine was terminated without any good reason. Also, the company didn't pay his last month's salary.

Cons

A # of errors have occurred with both 401k & healthcare plan. Errors took a long time to correct & HR staff seems far too lean so response time is lengthy or no response. 401k match is practically non-existent.
