      Pros

      Like a family business. Everybody knew everybody from the CEO to ancillary staff. Great place to work.

      Company acquired and got too large. People became employee ID#'s and statistics.

      Work on your own without constant supervision, depending on the department you work for you get to work with one Provider. You get summer bonuses, December bonuses, annual raises

      Like any other place Management sucks unless you are somehow related then you get special treatment
