No support Didn’t hear from the Regional Manager for 8 weeks when first started Would go for up to 4 weeks before hearing from them Very Entitled customers Rude Do not recommend working for this company ever If you do interview for this job ask how many managers they have had in the 10 years they’ve been open you will be surprised Says a lot about how unsupported all their previous manager have been Says a lot about the treatment of staff

The store hours are good The pay is good The staff discount is great The incentives is really good

Cons

The store I work at is much like high school drama all due to the manager. There is not a progressing scheme for staff to move up the career ladder let alone Assistant Manager to Manager
