Cons
Ruthless and cutthroat culture when it comes to adhering to executive pressure. DEI that they go out of their way to promote is actually an artificial image, when they hire and promote based on nepotism, racial profiling and other discriminatory practices. Almost cult-like obsession with Green culture and alleged togetherness. Independent thought discouraged in favour of docile sheep mentality of operating. Staff financial benefits are nothing worthy of recognition.
