Pros
Really, not much. I guess the interview process is easy.
Cons
Most of the job was a con. Literally. They claimed to be family oriented, but are upset if you leave before 5pm, or if you "flex" hours for a doctors appointment, or if your kid is sick. That is unless the CEO likes you. Then you can do almost anything you want. There is also a constant atmosphere of "stab you in the back". There was almost no serious team work across departments. This place is really only good to get a job on your resume, but don't stay long if you do.
