Ample planning time and professional development.

Cons

Admin does not take ownership of misdeeds, lays blame elsewhere. Authoritarian type leadership.

Pros

If you like working with twice exceptional kids ("gifted" with "learning issues"), with a community atmosphere then this is the school for you.

Cons

"Six promises" are pie in sky branding scheme for the school. Most of the superior teachers have resigned, retired or left so be careful of the politics and parents with political and economic pull to influence the administration, school, and its direction. Basically an overblown, typical suburban private school.
