Pros
Workplace looks cosy and also the computer and programs they give work okay. Some artist who work here a long time already try to help to new people. Can meet people from overseas so got connection. That time they got give free yoga one time every week.
Cons
Direction change a lot when I work there, is disorganised because story always change, so have to OT a lot. Director have lot of meetings but dont listen to artists opinion and ideas. They try explain creative direction but many artist cannot understand what they want because they not explain properly. Pay not good and not equal, this depend if they like artist or not. Director dont appreciate concept artists when I work there. Producer and director ask a lot of personal things to artists and dont respect personal time after work.
