Staff all support each other and help each other in which ever way possible Management were fab and listened to ideas and you were free to give things ago Staff are valued and trusted Good salary Understanding Staff and management care about participants journeys and listen to their needs to remove barriers Although this was a targeted role understanding we were working with real people and different barriers and life situations was always understood Not micromanaged Flexible Made friends for life Things get tough as an employment advisor but it didn't feel that way as everyone pulled together
