      Pros

      Some cool perks: strawberry & peaches given free in season, company sponsored Christmas dinner & free turkeys. No limit on sick time if salaried. Very good health insurance.

      Cons

      A lot of clicks. Snobby. Not welcoming if you don’t come from the textile industry. VERY resistant to changing the way things get done . “ Good, old boy” mentality. Some high ranking managers/ COO have favorites and protect them without question .

      Pros

      If you're someone who likes to slack off, this is the place for you! People here take 2-3 hour lunches, call in sick ALL the time and no one holds anyone accountable for anything.

      Cons

      It's the most unorganized business I've ever be apart of. Everyone hates each other and talks about each other behind their backs. Nothing ever gets done. Seriously, nothing. The CEO is stuck in the year 2000 (or maybe even earlier) and refuses to change the company's business strategy for the future.

      Nice people, hard working, want to do the right thing for the company if management would allow them.

      Cons

      ZERO leadership. CEO is all over the place, not focused on the business. He has too many other business interest to focus on what is needed to make a profit. The company has lost money 7 straight years.
