This company has a high turn over rate for a reason

I literally couldn’t wait to leave, they have as high turn over rate so they rarely hire anyone in directly due to cost. If I had known this I would’ve passed on this company as a whole. If you need a paycheck until you find something better, this is the job for you. They don’t change practices, this was something I heard about and noticed myself within my first 90 days. Senior staff complained about the lack of changes, seemed miserable but stayed. Be prepared to be micromanaged, no overtime, very little accountability among the managers and not minority friendly.

“Entry level position” with no training and unrealistic expectations. VERY little feedback & support from manager. Unable to form any real connection with manager, supervisor, or team because all focus is on money and not on employee satisfaction.

Not that bad environment. Decent job if you want to make some money but not to stay there forever.

Cons

Low compensation. Unrealistic expectations for claim generation. No real training when you begin. Managers don’t interact with you.
