Pros

If you are new, they train you, with all sorts of good skills and expectations. You get training pay too for new to auto industry hires

Cons

Asked to lie/obfuscate/hide the truth from customers on a semi-regular basis. Even selling 10 cars, training pay was highest paid month. Southern is a master at building up account recievables for employees and essentially having indentured servants work for them, trapped because of health insurance and life situations. Do not have realistic expectations, and they do not keep their word when it comes to money owed. If it is not in writing signed by VP, you will not get paid.

Pros

If you want to make money work here

Cons

If you have a family don't expect to see them, working hours 10+ and company doesn't care about you having a life or family outside of work.
