I cannot recommend Smartsec based on my recent experience. I was placed on a month-long unpaid suspension regarding an internal matter that was eventually closed due to a total lack of evidence. Despite being cleared of any wrongdoing, management failed to offer an apology or address the significant disruption this caused to my life and career. The lack of transparency and the "business as usual" attitude following a stressful investigation led me to resign immediately. If you value clear communication and being treated with respect during difficult processes, you may want to look elsewhere.
