Pros

none whats so ever at all!!

Cons

do not work for this co. they want you to work for nothing ... I started on the 20th and they wanted me to work till the 7th of the following mt. for $185.00 after taxes , they are nuts and they tell you that your going to get $400 for car exp. and $500. draw to get you to start and then do a training class for 3 days starting on A Tuesday you work that whole week and another week and they do a direct deposit for $200. Bad , you spend more on gas than that... stay away from this place !!!

Pros

Stable company without layoffs. Not a good place to start at all.

Cons

Everything is so dull and slow here. No future advancement plans for the company employees here. All employees talk bad about the management. Low pay and no good benefit package. Very poor overall satisfaction.

Pros

Come and go as you please, able to work independently

Cons

Small family owned company with horrible ownership / management that is so misguided you wonder how they made it to the office every day. No focus or direction. Management only interested in lining their own pockets. Does not invest in employees for professional development. Provides no growth or advancement opportunities. Low pay overall. Layoffs almost every year right before the holidays. No one is held accountable. Management can't make decisions or stick with decisions they do make. Operate as cheaply as possible and with limited resources - expect you to do the job of 2 or 3 people. Revenues dropped year after year - they ultimately ran the company into the ground and had to sell it to Blue Technologies (another real winner from what I hear).
