Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. As the CEO of SmarkLabs, I greatly value open dialogue and transparency, and I am grateful for this opportunity to respond. However, I believe that there are a few suggested inaccuracies in your review that I would like to clarify.
As the CEO and as an entrepreneur, I am very proud of the culture we have created that is built on work-life integration and professional development. We regularly hire support and have systems in place to manage workloads, ensuring that our team is not overburdened and our work quality remains top-notch.
Regarding client strategy, we are proud of the fresh perspectives and energy our talent brings to the table, but it is inaccurate that junior team members are responsible for client strategies. In fact, every strategy involves regular input and oversight from senior team members and myself.
We aim to provide a high-touch client experience, and this includes a dedicated day-to-day point of contact with a member of our team. This approach has resulted in over 90% year-over-year client retention. By the way, we don’t just work with any client; we have pretty specific requirements companies need to meet in order to become a client. This includes shared values and common business objectives.
Your feedback is essential to us, and we are always striving to enhance the work environment and deliver the best for our clients.
