1. 1st they offer me intern with stipend but during whole intern (3 month) they did not pay. 2. In Full Time they offer me X amount ctc with 30% increament every year but during end of 1st month when salary is going to come they reduced the salary mean CTC reduced to X-y. 3. Few Senior are arrogant, they are not ready for technical discussion, if you put your opinion than you will get warning letter for argument. 4. Hr too much rude, bad talking nature. during playing online game( due to WFH) my team lossing so i told please changed the game, so hr told me how dare you told, who give you permission to say this, you have manners or not etc. 5. After 2 month they give me bond of 3 years with 10lacs to sign and told increamnt will be based on performance. they think 10lacs is easy amount. even 1 lacs is not easy. why should i give, even 1 lacs if we worked. 6. every month they are changing policy, so employee harrsament.
