Hi there ! Got to agree with you that there are many learning opportunities here. No doubt we are in a fast pace industry and financial returns will be a necessary goal to achieve - otherwise why would investors want to invest in us. Pace of change has also accelerated. Having said that , we will need to manage these few aspects. First our health - we do have gyms and exercise programs at our recreation club and lots of interest groups like community service club, balloon sculpturing and dancing clubs. Secondly, skills to do your work so that you are productive. You really must speak to your manager on this - ask for help , training or a skills based buddy.
