      Not the Best but was a Job

      Pros

      Did have a great manager, benefits and company perks weren't bad. Because I was doing three jobs I gained a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Doing more than one job at way less than the regional pay rate for even the position I was hired for. Owner is extremely rude - expects receptionists to get up from desk and hold the door for him and then doesn't even say hello or thank them. Morale is very poor.

      I'm glad I was hired as a temp to see how "crazy" and "noxious" this place was b4 considering permanent employment.

      The benefits and whenever management goes on vacation.

      Cons

      Location, Upper Management, Disloyalty to employees, Backstabbing, Finger-pointing, Name Blaming and people hiring you based on your skills and background but never allowing you to be an adult and use them. Lot's of micro-management. Just an overall sour place to work. High turnover is always a indication of how it is to work someplace and Sentrillion has a very high turnover rate. Republicans and Democrats have a better chance of agreeing on how to deal with the economy than you having success at this place.
