If you are fresher and no any other offer you have then you can join this company.
Cons
They can deduct salary even on approved leaves. No job security. They will do fake promises and dont fulfill that. When it comes increment time they will fire whole team and hire new candidates in low salary and after one year and fire them.. And cycle goes on like that.. So join only if you have nothing to join.
