Pros
- Talented group that you can learn a lot from - Current developers are great people - Great tech stack - Competitive pay
Cons
- CEO sends empty threats to fire developers which kills moral - Databases are constantly down and you will often times be blocked from doing your work - A hand full of employees do 90% of the work and the other 10% are there to collect a paycheck - Long hours. When I hired I was told on average, I would be working 40 hours a week. In reality, it was between 50-60 hours - HR is to protect the higher ups, not help you - Their insurance is not very good unless you're in Ohio. I had to drive 45 minutes to an hour for some doctor visits
