      No pros everything is worst, no focus, no planning, frequent changes

      Company has one of the most toxic culture, employees are treated very bad with no value placed on time, effort or well being, management lacks basic professionalism, creating a stressful and demoralizing work environment Their treatment of interview candidates is equally terrible, long wait times, last minute cancellations, lack of respect for people schedules There are far better places that will respect ones time n contributions

It has been inspiring to be part of a team that works tirelessly to build and grow Scimplify into something bigger every day. 1. Innovative Work Environment: Scimplify offers a dynamic and forward-thinking workplace that encourages creativity, continuous learning, and innovation. 2. Supportive Team: The team culture here is collaborative and nurturing, which makes it especially welcoming for freshers to adapt quickly and grow confidently. 3. Meaningful Responsibility: At Scimplify, I was given the opportunity to take ownership and lead supply chain management across all business units—with full support from the leadership.       location of the office is in proximity to my house.

      Cons

      company is full of cons. they hire their relatives, work culture is pathetic, office politics is always going on. The positive reviews mentioned here are by the hr and admin team. team heads have some air about themselves. 3 % to 4 % hike is given and show as in they have done a major ehsaan on the employee . worst place to work.
