      Pros

      Lots of perks - fresh fruits, lots of different snacks and drinks available anytime for free, annual family picnics where the whole family gets invited for a nice catered meal and fun time in park, regular meals and drinks session over company updates or other events, weekly happy hours Nice people to work with, all hired through stringent hiring process, generally everyone very helpful towards each other, and not hierarchical. You can talk to anyone, including CEO, anytime.

      Cons

      Lots of long term people, which is actually a +, even though the company has also been hiring lots of new people. But people who have been around for a while probably takes a lot of the perks for granted and not really value them and don't take care of things offered to them around the office

      flexible time, at least 40 hrs a week. agile team. complex tasks. challenging work and timeline for projects. travel to Australia most of the time. some managers allow work from home

      Cons

      income mostly come from one client though they have many. bad philippine management, almost no recognition at all coming from Philippine office. pay is unfair for the roles given. pay is based on tenure. no ot pay. no night differential no work from home to most people.
