Thank you for this feedback. I'm surprised to hear that you have that impression. Not sure what role you are in so this could be accurate. We like to promote from within and it seems to me we have loads - you have to be in your current role for at least a year, though- of opportunities for people with and without academic credentials. We also offer trainings that will lead to qualifications to move up into different roles but, of course, it does depend on specifics. If you are looking to advance, check in with HR so they can give you some ideas of what you may qualify for and also keep you in mind in case appropriate opportunities - new job or training opportunities- come up.
